You can easily make a reservation on our website in just 3 steps. If you wish, you may also contact us via WhatsApp or email and complete the reservation together with our team.
Yes. To confirm your reservation, 20% of the total rental amount
is required as a prepayment. The remaining balance can be paid
either at the time of vehicle pickup or in advance.
The full rental amount is accepted in cash only, in Euro,
US Dollar, or Georgian Lari.
You can pick up and return our vehicles on any day and at any time from the city centers or airports of Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi.
If your driving license is issued in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet,
you do not need an International Driving Permit (IDP).
For licenses issued in other alphabets, an IDP is required and must
be presented together with your original driving license.
Unfortunately, driving outside of Georgia with our rental vehicles is not permitted at this time.
We love animals; however, for the hygiene and health of our other guests, pets are not allowed in our vehicles. Thank you for your understanding.
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days in advance,
your deposit will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made up to 7 days before the rental date,
a personal travel credit equal to the deposit amount will be issued.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date,
the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Yes, it is possible. However, to clearly explain all vehicle details
and ensure safe driving conditions, we recommend vehicle delivery
during daylight hours.
For late-night arrivals, we suggest going to your hotel first and
picking up the vehicle the following day in daylight.
Yes. A 200 € cash security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
The deposit is refunded immediately and in cash when the vehicle is returned
undamaged, complete, and with the correct fuel level.
The deposit is used as security for traffic fines, missing fuel,
minor damages, or missing equipment.
